At scentin, we aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently and on time. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier availability, or seasonal demand.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday (GMT-05:00 – Eastern Standard Time, New York) are processed the same business day.
Orders received after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. During this period, each order is carefully verified, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within 4–6 business days across the United States.

Total Delivery Time

After dispatch, most U.S. customers receive their orders within 5-8 business days. This timeline includes both processing and transit. Delivery time may vary depending on your state, local courier operations, or unexpected factors such as weather or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices on scentin are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.
If applicable, international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authorities.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping rate of $12 on all U.S. orders.

Shipping Carriers

To maintain consistent and timely deliveries, we partner with dependable U.S.-based shipping services. Every order is handled with care from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep. Our standard shipments are delivered through major national carriers such as FedEx or UPS, depending on your location and service availability. For customers who prefer faster delivery, we also provide an express shipping option fulfilled through DHL Express upon request. Any additional charges for express service are clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Each shipment includes a unique tracking number, which is automatically sent to your email once the order has been dispatched. All orders are carefully packaged using secure, fragrance-safe materials to ensure your perfumes arrive in excellent condition.
Please note that, although we strive to meet our delivery targets, external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather may occasionally affect shipping timelines.

Product Condition

All perfumes sold on scentin are new, authentic, and factory-sealed.
Each order undergoes inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
After a package is handed to the courier, Scentin is not responsible for delays, handling errors, or delivery failures caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will apply.
Scentin cannot be held liable for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or missing address information.

Address Modification

If you need to correct or update your delivery address, please contact our support team at info@scentin.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.
After processing begins, cancellations are not possible as your order will already be in fulfillment.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

Lost or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@scentin.shop within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
