Return Window

To qualify, the return request must be submitted before the 14-day period expires.
Items received after the return window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Clear photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address and any additional information required to process your return smoothly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) to ensure the return reaches us safely.
Scentin is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit during the return process.

Return Method

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Exchanges

Scentin does not currently offer direct exchanges.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may still be eligible for a return, provided the product is unused, unopened, and meets all eligibility criteria.
Return shipping costs in this case will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
